Dr Jimmy Ouellet, Chief Scientist will introduce the MAGNA™ platform which is based on technology known as SIMDEQ (short for SIngle-molecule Magnetic DEtection and Quantification), and through examples, illustrate it unique capacity to transform genetic analysis. This highly innovative technology, which has been recognised through the receipt of numerous grants and awards, is based on the pioneering biophysics work of the Croquette lab at France’s prestigious Ecole Normale Supérieure. Depixus® was established in 2012 to further develop and commercialise the technology.
